The view was decent, and the hotel was located close to many cafes and boutique shops. Unfortunately, the bed was too firm for my comfort, which led to a sore back. Parking was a hassle, especially after late hours without many options left. Service at the front desk lacked warmth.

Packed with surprises – Good and Bad
Stellar location with breathtaking views and a clean, comfortable room made our trip delightful. The convenient access to shops and restaurants added to the charm.
Sadly, the air conditioning failed to adequately cool the bedroom, making for some uncomfortable nights. Also, daily housekeeping was missing, leaving us to hunt for essentials.

I had a fantastic time at The Sidney Pier Hotel & Spa. The location couldn't be better—just steps from the ocean. The views from my room were stunning, especially at sunset. I appreciated the spaciousness of my King Room with Sea View. Staff members were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed right from check-in. The hotel was clean and had a modern feel, which I loved. I enjoyed the coffee and snacks from the attached cafe. they were quite tasty. A minor issue occurred with one of the meals at the restaurant, as there was a mix-up with my order that led to a longer wait than expected. However, the staff handled it well and remained attentive throughout. One area for improvement would be the availability of breakfast options. it would be great to have more choices available.
